Important things have changed!
Tickets
- Tickets will only be sold on June 4th. We’ll have in-person ticket sales at drop-off (8:00-9:00 am) and beginning at 5:30 pm near the playground. Checks will only be accepted in the morning.
- Please DO NOT send children to school with money. Tickets can also be purchased throughout the school day online.
- All tickets, free, earned through Read-a-thon, and purchased during the day will be available at the Pick-Up table next to Ticket Sales beginning at 5:30 pm.
Games
- Most games will be FREE this year. The activities that cost tickets will open at 5:30 pm along with the ticket sales.
- KEEP children on/or about the playground and away from the set-up area until the 6 pm start time.
Raffle
- No more write-in tickets! Make sure children know they MUST keep their ticket stub in order to claim a winner. You, or someone on your behalf with your ticket stub, MUST BE PRESENT at the raffle announcement to claim your prize.
- The raffle begins at 7:45 pm.

Volunteer
We need people to sell tickets, run games, as well as for set up and clean up. Extended family is encouraged to help; grandparents, older siblings, etc. Background checks are not required prior to the event.
This event can only happen with your help.
