What are Scrip Cards? Gift Cards from hundreds of retailers available for purchase through our PTO Scrip Program, some examples: Athleta, iTunes, Old Navy, Red Robin, Meijer, Shutterfly, Cabelas, Barnes & Noble, Speedway Gas and MANY more.

How does the purchase of these Scrip Cards help? The purchase of these cards through Lakewood at: https://shop.shopwithscrip.com directly raise funds for Lakewood at no additional cost to you!!! Each brand contributes a different % of the purchased card directly to Lakewood. For example: If you purchase a $25 American Eagle Gift Card they contribute 10% of total directly to Lakewood so, for that 1 card alone: $2.50!

These cards ordered will be delivered to your student at Lakewood the week of November 14th

Follow these easy steps:
#1 – Log on to shop.shopwithscrip.com
#2 – Go to Sign In and or you are new select ‘Get Started’
#3 – Select ‘Join a Groups Existing Program’
#4 – Enter Lakewood Code: D2CD4AFE42389
#5 – Follow account Set Up prompts
#6 – Shop & Place Order Online
#7 – There are 2 payment options:
PrestoPay online or make check payable to Lakewood PTO
Checks can be dropped at PTO box in the front office. Please have them in a labeled envelope: i.e – ‘PTO SCRIPS (Family Name) Order’
#8 – If you choose to not Presto Pay: Check Due to coordinator no later than date ‘Order Window’ closes.
#9 – Your order will not be placed until payment received.
