Lakewood PTO is looking for individuals interested in planning and running next year’s auction. The auction routinely brings in about $30,000/year and helps to fund school field trips, assemblies, Moms and Muffins, Dads and Donuts, Fall Fest, etc. Without the auction these events would not be possible. We’ve broken the auction roles out into a few areas. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in any of these positions:
Chair – (1 or 2 positions) – Overseeing the main vision of the auction as well as all the document printing
Acquisitions – (1-2 positions) – In charge of the donor letter, online donation requests, compiled the spreadsheet to organize donations, and headed up thank you notes.
Finances – (1 position) – In charge of tracking ticket data and finances, and maintaining that information. Also sets up the square app and online payment info on the websites.
Food and Decorations – (2 positions)
Class project and volunteer coordinator – (1 position) – contacted class parents to coordinate class projects, set up and manage wine donation, as well as volunteers for the auction
Graphic Designer – (1 position) – Works with Chair to detrmine and design auction logo and theme.
