Congratulations to Mrs. Craft’s class on winning the Lakewood Elementary School coin drive. The school overall raised about $2,000! Great job, Lakewood Lizards!
The Annual Teacher Raffle is coming up and the teachers have their items ready. Below is the list of items that the kids can try to win. The raffle will take place on Tuesday 21st. Every student gets one free ticket and they can purchase more in their classroom.

Mrs. Chance – 1st grade 2 students (they can choose 3 friends) to make ice cream sundaes and have a GoNoodle dance party during lunch
Mrs. Cooper – 2nd grade 2 students (they each choose 1 friend) for a Teacher – Student Head to Head Competition performed at a Community Meeting
Mrs. Craft – Kindergarten 2 students (they each pick a friend) to do a glow in the dark craft and eat yummy pizza!
Ms. Mitchell – 3rd grade 1 student (they choose 2 friends) gets to come to the classroom during lunch for pizza, cinnamon sticks, and a video!
Mr. Keen – 5th grade 1 student (and a friend) to go to a Michigan Baseball or Softball game with Mr. Keen
Mrs. Leonard – Art teacher Art Basket Ms. Lindemann – PE 8 students to use Gym Cars during lunch
Mrs. McKillen – 3rd grade 1 student (they choose 2 friends) for pizza and games in the classroom during lunch time

Mrs. Pointer – Kindergarten 2 students (and they can choose 2 friends) to eat ice cream sandwiches and have a GoNoodle dance party during lunch

Mrs. Van Oyen – 2nd grade 1 student (and 1 friend) to be the teacher for the afternoon
Mrs. McGinn – 4th grade 1 student (and 1 friend) will eat Taco Bell and dessert for lunch with Mrs. McGinn
Mrs. VerLee – 4th grade 1 student (and 1 friend) to be the teacher for the afternoon
Mrs. Wright – Young 5’s Mrs. Wright will provide a picnic lunch at the park to 1 student and a friend

Noon Hour Staff – VIP Lunch Treatment! 4 winners will be treated to a whole week of special lunch treatment like, skipping to the front of the lunch line, a pizza treat, an ice cream treat, extra recess, and more!
Lakewood Teachers Teachers vs. Students in a Kickball Game! 10 winners will be chosen to play against teachers in a spring kickball game.
